ABOUT
Nathan Clift is a performer from Trumbull, Connecticut. While he was in elementary school, his parents, to help him gain confidence about speaking in public, signed him up for an acting class. It was there that he fell in love with performing. He would perform in the ensembles of musicals at both his high school and in his hometown's teen theater. In the fall of 2015, he began studying at Western Connecticut State University as a BFA Musical Theatre major. While in attendance, he studied under industry professionals such as Tim Howard, Janelle Robinson, Jeremy Powell, Howard Kilik, Scott Wise, Elizabeth Parkinson, and Phillip George.
Nathan is a multi-hyphenate artist. He has directed/ choreographed productions from Annie Jr to The SpongeBob Musical. As a writer, Nathan's plays have been produced across the country (and are available to read on New Play Exchange). He also works as a dramaturg, adding historical and societal context to productions, and a video editor.
Nathan is now living in New York. As a performer, he is represented by Nancy Carson (Carson-Adler Agency, LLC).
